We have developed a new Online Resume Database because it is our goal to partner with Employees (Register now) and Employers (Register now) to establish a seamless recruiting process which will enable easy, confidential and affordable access for applicants to new job opportunities and employers to qualified applicants.

As a recruiting company, we have used most online job boards and resume databases.

What makes us different from other databases?

• Cost – Most job boards and resume databases charge hefty fees to either the applicant or to the employer. This is not beneficial to either the employee or employer because it makes for a lopsided recruiting process utilized more by one party than the other.
