Our client located in Charlottetown, PEI has an immediate opening for a Service Coordinator

Responsibilities    

  • Answer incoming calls, create/review customer information, and process adjustments
  • Book service calls according to availability & scheduling
  • Dispatch service techs and vendors to service calls
  • Assist customers with inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints according to established guidelines
  • Follow up with customers
  • Assist on providing vendors, customers and service techs with documentations
  • Follow up with Service Tech for invoicing or job information
  • Review and adjust any information from the service call such as pricing errors

Qualifications

  • Professional and friendly phone manners; commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Extremely well organized with the ability to keep meticulous records and filing systems, ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve
  • Ability to function as part of a team in a fast paced environment
  • Must be proficient with technology: excellent understanding of computer systems and software, able to learn new programs, and train others
  • Experience with Wintac service software is considered an asset
  • Plumbing Knowledge such as methods, materials, tools, and maintenance is considered a definite asset
  • Experience in providing excellence in Customer Service
